Five rounds for time of:

Run 400 meters
30 Box jump
30 Wall ball shots (if you do not have a med ball do: 30 air squats + 15 pushups)

When you finish --
200 ABS (break up the following)
50 Crunches
50 Right Side crunches
50 Left Side crunches
50 Crunches
