7 rounds of

7 Deadlifts (regular, not straight leg)
7 Push Ups
7 Pullups
1 minute jump rope
rest :30

When you finish all 7 rounds do:
7 more rounds of 20 sec for each exercise (no rest - 7 min straight):
Front Stabilizers
Right side stabilizers
Left side stabilizers
