20 Walking Lunges (with or without weight)
20 Hanging Knee Tucks
20 Push press
20 Back extensions (with or without weight)
20 Wall ball shots
20 Burpees (with pushup and jump)
20 Double unders

400 Run

Ten of each above

400 Run

Twenty of each above

200 Run
