DW Fri, July 10

5 Rounds for time of:

Beginners do () - try to do all 5 rounds. Run/Walk on the "runs" if you have to.

400 Run
30 (15) Kettlebell or Dumbell Swings
30 (15) Pullups
30 Air Squats


Do as many real pullups as you can and then finish up each set with assisted or jumping pullups
