Tabata Intervals (20 sec on - 10 sec rest)

6 rounds of each exercise (do all six of the same exercise before moving onto the next)
30 sec rest between each new exercise

Wall Ball
Situps
Pushups
Cleans
Double Unders (Jump Rope)
Thrusters (full squat + push press)
