This will be a nice challenge for those of you that have tried "double unders". If you have not a "double under" is jumping rope, the rope goes under your feet two times per one jump. Try it, if you can't do it for the total time switch to regular jump rope. You can find a video of "double unders" crossfit.com. Good heart pumping workout. Double unders are a challenge. Sit-up for 2 minutes
Double-under for 90 seconds
Sit-up for 90 seconds
Double-under for 1-minute
Sit-up for 1-minute
Double-under for 30 seconds
Sit-up for 30 seconds
No Break between reps, jump enough time to switch.
