4 Rounds Beginners/5 Rounds Advanced

12 Deadlift (alternate rounds of Regular and Straight Leg)
9 Split Squat Cleans
6 Seated Row or Bent Over Row

Rest 1 -2 min between rounds

when you finish do:
100 Ball Crunches
