For Time:
50 Box Jumps
50 Pull Ups
50 KB
50 Sit Ups
50 Walking Lunges w/weight
50 Thrusters
50 Wall Ball
50 Back Extensions
50 Burpees
50 Double Unders

You must complete ALL 50 of one exercise before moving on to the next.
