At first I tried to do the treadmill for the cardio but pressing the buttons to increase and decrease speed was getting frustrating haha. So then I switched to the bike. My legs were dead!
haha.. next time just try straddling the treadmill and putting your feet on the sides instead of putting the speed up and then back down it really keeps your momentum going.. glad to hear you are working hard!
