Dynamic stretching followed by:

5 Rounds of:

5 push ups
10 air squats (full depth all the way down dont sacrifice form for speed)
5 pull ups

Then:

10 minute metablic conditioning (cardio)

45 sec all out sprint, 15 sec rest. repeat for 10 minutes!

  1. At first I tried to do the treadmill for the cardio but pressing the buttons to increase and decrease speed was getting frustrating haha. So then I switched to the bike. My legs were dead!

  2. haha.. next time just try straddling the treadmill and putting your feet on the sides instead of putting the speed up and then back down it really keeps your momentum going.. glad to hear you are working hard!
