5 min cardio blast (row, bike, run, eliptical) Supposed to be very fast!

  1. I didn't time the squats because I didn't think you wanted them fast but I got up to 285
    2nd part-15:24 not including the 5min cardio

  2. Todays workout didnt have to be timed...I will list when its a timed workout... but good job on 285 thats awesome!! Keep up the good work!
