1. 1 leg hip lifts (1 x 10 Each leg)
2. 1 arm alternating press 2 x 10 each
3. Bench Walkovers 1 x 10
4. Pull ups 1-max and then a hold as long as possible
5. Rear Delt Raises 2 x 10


Abs as a team
