T-36 days until school begins!!!

  complete 4 rounds:

  30 high knees

  30 push ups

  complete 3 rounds:

  5 pull ups (assisted or unassisted)

  20 jumping squats (no break in between each rep right from one into the next rep)

  complete  2 rounds:  

  200 meter run

  20 burpees

 complete 1 round:  

 25 front squat (medium weight!)

 15 power cleans
