1) 50 DU or 100 Jump Rope

2) 25 bicep curls (each arm)

3) 20 wheelbarrel walk with partner/switch

4) 200 meter run

5) 20 burpees

6) 12 Power cleans

7) 20 Push up walk outs

8) 75 crunches--choice
